Reservations

A reservation request is not confirmed until the organiser or venue issues written confirmation. Table position, capacity and minimum spend may vary by event and availability.

Payments and cancellations

Any advance payment, deposit, cancellation window, refund position and payment-provider charge will be shown before payment. Door prices may differ from advance prices.

Guest lists and entry

Guest-list inclusion does not guarantee entry. Guests must meet venue age, identification, dress-code, conduct and capacity requirements.

Guest data and invitations

A table host may add guests only where authorised to share their contact details. Invitations and QR passes must not be sold, copied or transferred without permission.

Event changes

Line-ups, timings, venue areas and programming may change. Material changes or cancellation will be communicated using the supplied contact details.
