Hire & Equipment Terms

Quotation and availability

All equipment requests remain subject to availability and written confirmation. A quotation becomes an agreed hire only after the required acceptance, payment and security deposit have been received.

Delivery, installation and collection

Delivery, setup, testing and collection requirements must be agreed in advance. The customer must provide safe and timely venue access, suitable power and any required venue permissions.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required based on the equipment value and hire arrangement. Equipment is inspected before installation and after collection. Any proposed deduction for documented loss or damage will be communicated before the remaining balance is returned.

Customer responsibility

The hirer must protect equipment from unauthorised use, liquids, weather, unsafe power, movement and interference. Equipment may not be sub-hired, relocated or altered without written approval.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation, postponement and material changes may affect delivery, staffing and supplier costs. The applicable terms will be stated in the confirmed quotation.
